Small changes
What counts as small, and what happens when it is not
Small means a change that takes minutes rather than hours: swapping a picture, editing text, adding a staff member or a seasonal notice.
A new page, a new feature or a redesign is a project, not a change. We tell you it is bigger before we start, and give you a written price to accept or turn down. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.
If you outgrow the starting plan, for example with a busy shop or a site that changes daily, we will suggest a plan that fits rather than quietly charging more.

Is there a minimum term?
No. Plans run month to month and you can stop whenever you like.
Can you look after a site you did not build?
Often, yes. We will look at it first and tell you honestly whether it is better looked after as it is, or rebuilt. See website fixes if it needs work first.
What happens to my site if I leave?
Your domain is yours, and we will hand over your content so you can take it elsewhere.
